Become a better Investor with
Rich warner's competitive
investment models.

WMB offers two investment models for subscribers:

1) The first model is called WMB Emerald and Silver. WMB Emerald is for younger investors, and WMB Silver is for older investors (or those with shorter time horizons).  WMB Silver is more conservative.  Someone saving for college or seniors would want to use the WMB Silver model.  WMB Emerald and SIlver are both 100% passive. This means that you do not have to trade or make adjustments during the year.  Do not intervene! The only thing you need to do is to use the suggested percentage weightings that I provide before the end of each year (during the month of December), and make the percentage weight adjustments by yourself online or through your broker.

2) The second model is WMB Core-Satellite.  It is a mix between a passive, core allocation and a market timing model for the equity ortion of the overall portfolio.  Think of market timing part as a dimmer switch for equities.  When I get a bearish signal for the stock market, I notify all Core-Sat subscribers and tell them to get out of stocks and put that portion in cash.  No shorting the stock market or anything fancy.  Just a simple on/off switch for the stock market portfion of the allocation (which is typically around 30%).  When stocks are sideways to upward trending, we're back to being fully invested for the stock portion of the portfolio.  Pretty simple.  But to run this model you have to be attentive and check your emails every day for a potential change of signal.

Performance charts and stats for both models appear below:

The WealthMaxBuilder Passive Investment Model is a portfolio that is comprised primarily of stock and bond index funds.   The percentage allocations to each are based on years of backtesting and studying the correlations of the major asset classes over time. The model is designed to maximize reward-to-risk - and so returns are much steadier than the stock market.  Because of its more conservative allocation, expected returns are lower than for the stock market - but you will not get hurt as much during bear markets.

Note: The performance data are based on Interactive Brokers (IB) simulated trading account statements

that are available for each WMB model from IB upon request.

Slippage and commision costs ARE included.  All trade executions are market orders.

Simulated trading accounts start out with $1 million per account.

Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

You should thoroughly review your personal financial situation and objectives to determine whether these models are right for you.
